By shopping with Keltix, you agree to these simple rules designed to protect you and ensure a fair experience.


1. Ordering & Prices


  • • The Deal: Your order is confirmed once you receive an SMS or email from us.
  • • Pricing: All prices are in LKR and include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.
  • • Stock: If an item runs out after you order, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative.


2. Delivery


  • • We aim to deliver within [2–5] working days across Sri Lanka.
  • • Please check your package upon arrival. If it’s damaged, inform the delivery agent immediately and contact us.


3. 30-Day Returns & Refunds


a.

  • - Your Right: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • - Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • - The Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your money will be refunded within 14 working days.
  • - Note: For hygiene reasons, items such as innerwear or opened beauty products cannot be returned.

    b. Digital Product Refund Policy

    • All Keltix digital products are eligible for a refund within seven (7) from the date of purchase, provided that no more than five (5) videos have been completed or one (1) hour of product content has been consumed, whichever occurs first.
    • Consumption includes accessing or streaming any content, and video progression is sequential, requiring completion of prior content before access to subsequent content. 
    • - All consumption and completion metrics shall be determined by Keltix platform analytics, which shall be final and binding. 
    • - Once any of these limits is reached, the product is non-refundable. Keltix reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.


4. Your Data (Privacy)


  • • We only collect the information needed to deliver your order (Name, Address, Phone).
  • • We never sell your data. It is protected under the Sri Lanka Data Protection Act (PDPA).


5. Customer Rules


  • • Please provide accurate information for delivery.
  • • Do not use our platform for any fraudulent activity.


6. Need Help?


  • • If there’s a dispute, we will try to resolve it with you directly and fairly. You are also protected by the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka.
