1. Ordering & Prices


• The Deal: Your order is confirmed once you receive an SMS or email from us.

• Pricing: All prices are in LKR and include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.

• Stock: If an item runs out after you order, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative.


2. Delivery


• We aim to deliver within [2–5] working days across Sri Lanka.

• Please check your package upon arrival. If it’s damaged, inform the delivery agent immediately and contact us.


3. 30-Day Returns & Refunds


• Your Right: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• The Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your money will be refunded within 14 working days.

• Note: For hygiene reasons, items such as innerwear or opened beauty products cannot be returned.


4. Your Data (Privacy)


• We only collect the information needed to deliver your order (Name, Address, Phone).

• We never sell your data. It is protected under the Sri Lanka Data Protection Act (PDPA).


5. Customer Rules


• Please provide accurate information for delivery.

• Do not use our platform for any fraudulent activity.


6. Need Help?


• If there’s a dispute, we will try to resolve it with you directly and fairly. You are also protected by the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka.
