All payment transactions are conducted with the highest security standards:

●        Zero Cardholder Data Storage: Keltix World does not collect, record, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, PINs, or CVV security codes on its servers. All financial payment data is entered directly into certified third-party payment gateways.

●        Independent Gateway Routing: Payment checkout may be routed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as PayHere and their acquiring-bank partners. These providers handle payment-card information under their applicable security and compliance frameworks.

●        Security & Encryption: Payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and financial institutions using their applicable security controls. Keltix does not directly collect or store payment-card information on its own servers.

●        Third-Party System Disclaimer: Payment gateway systems and banking networks operate independently. Keltix World does not control third-party banking servers, telecom routes, or gateway authorization servers.

1.4. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal information collected is utilized strictly for lawful operational and commercial purposes:

●        Service Provisioning: Providing user dashboard access, managing digital educational content, and issuing digital completion certificates.

1.6. Data Retention & User Rights Under PDPA
