KELTIX WORLD (PRIVATE) LIMITED
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Governing Entity: Keltix World (Private) Limited | Website: https://keltixworld.com | Official Contact: admin@keltixworld.com | Registered Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Keltix World website, digital learning services, physical products, and purchases made through keltixworld.com.
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, purchasing a product or digital learning program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
"Keltix," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Keltix World (Private) Limited. "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to any person who accesses our website, purchases our products or services, or uses our platform.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If there is a specific provision relating to refunds, cancellations, returns, or personal data in those policies, the applicable policy will apply to that subject.
2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Keltix World currently provides digital educational content, learning programs, and physical merchandise through its website.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations in product appearance, packaging, colours, or presentation may occur.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify or update products and services, change prices, update digital content, discontinue products, correct errors, or limit product availability.
Where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or process an applicable refund.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product or service. Before confirming payment, customers should review the order summary, applicable charges, delivery information, and relevant terms presented during checkout.”
An order is considered confirmed when Keltix issues an order confirmation through an authorized communication channel, such as email or SMS.
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving product unavailability, an obvious pricing or product-description error, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, we will arrange an applicable refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website will be shown in the applicable currency and will identify applicable taxes or charges where required.
The final amount payable will be shown during checkout before the customer confirms payment.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and financial institutions.
Keltix does not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, PINs, or CVV security codes on its own servers. Payment information is handled through the relevant payment gateway.
Third-party payment gateways and banks operate independently of Keltix. Accordingly, payment authorization, settlement, reversal, or banking processing times may be outside our direct control.
5. DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We arrange delivery through third-party courier and logistics providers.
Delivery timeframes displayed on our website or communicated to customers are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Where an address or contact detail supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where reasonably incurred.
6. INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS
Customers should reasonably inspect their package and product upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, customers should notify admin@keltixworld.com as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs or other reasonable evidence of the issue. Keltix will review the matter and, where the issue is verified, may arrange a replacement or approve a refund, depending on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.
The applicable resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order.
7. 14-DAY CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
7.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
A customer may request cancellation of a physical-product order before the order has been dispatched to the courier/logistics provider.
Cancellation requests should be sent to admin@keltixworld.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order where the request is received before dispatch. However, once an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be treated as a pre-dispatch cancellation.
In such circumstances, the customer may use the applicable return procedure described below, subject to the return conditions.
7.2 14-Day Return Window
For eligible physical merchandise, customers may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmed courier delivery.
The 14-day period is a return request period and does not mean that every product automatically qualifies for a refund. The product must satisfy the applicable return conditions.
7.3 Return Conditions
To qualify for an ordinary return, the product should be unopened, completely unused, in resalable and merchantable condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by applicable accessories and proof of purchase.
Keltix may reject a return where the product does not meet the applicable conditions.
7.4 Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a customer simply changes their mind or no longer requires the product, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Original delivery or courier handling charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary customer-initiated returns.
This does not affect any rights the customer may have where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy.
8. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene, safety, product-condition, or commercial reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
These may include opened personal wellness products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, perishable products, and products clearly identified as final clearance or non-returnable.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory consumer right or remedy, nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict that right.
9. DIGITAL COURSES AND LEARNING PROGRAMS
Digital courses and learning modules may be made available immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Because digital content may be accessed immediately, digital products have a separate refund review period.
A customer may request a refund for an eligible digital course within 7 calendar days from the purchase date, provided that less than 20% of the course modules have been accessed, no final assessment or assignment has been submitted, and no digital completion certificate has been generated.
A digital-course refund request may not be approved where the request is made after the 7-day period, 20% or more of the course has been accessed or consumed, a completion certificate has already been generated, or there has been a material violation of these Terms, including unauthorized credential sharing or content piracy.
10. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, Keltix will normally process the refund through the original payment method where technically possible.
Where reversal through the original payment channel is not available, Keltix may use another reasonable electronic settlement method.
Once Keltix has authorized and initiated an approved refund, the time taken for the funds to reach the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, card network, financial institution, or issuing bank.
The current Refund & Cancellation Policy states that such third-party processing may typically take 7–14 business days.
Keltix does not guarantee a specific bank-crediting date where the delay is caused by a third-party payment provider or financial institution.
11. FAILED OR INTERRUPTED PAYMENTS
Keltix is not responsible for technical failures originating within third-party banking, telecommunications, payment gateway, or card-processing systems.
If money has been debited from a customer's account but no verified Keltix order has been generated, the transaction may require reconciliation between the payment gateway and the customer's financial institution.
Keltix will provide reasonable cooperation where information or confirmation is available to us, but the final release or reversal of funds may remain subject to the procedures and timelines of the relevant payment provider or bank.
12. DIGITAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Keltix-owned or licensed content, including courses, videos, documents, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, website content, and other educational materials is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing access to a digital learning program gives the customer a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased content for its intended educational purpose.
Customers must not, without authorization: copy or reproduce substantial portions of the content; resell or commercially distribute course materials; share login credentials with unauthorized persons; upload course materials to third-party platforms; record and redistribute protected course content; or use Keltix trademarks or branding without permission.
Keltix may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of serious misuse, unauthorized sharing, piracy, or other material violation of these Terms.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate information, provide accurate delivery and contact details, use the website lawfully, not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity, not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website, protect their account credentials, and respect Keltix intellectual-property rights.
We may take reasonable action where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, content piracy, or other material misuse of our services.
14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Keltix collects and processes personal information necessary for legitimate business and operational purposes, including account management, order processing, product delivery, digital learning access, customer communications, payment reconciliation, security and fraud prevention, and legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Keltix does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize customer personal information.
Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary with authorized payment providers, financial institutions, logistics providers, service providers, or legal and regulatory authorities.
Our detailed personal-data practices are set out in the Keltix Privacy Policy.
Keltix intends to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan data-protection requirements.
Privacy-related requests may be submitted to admin@keltixworld.com.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Keltix may use third-party providers for services including payment processing, banking, courier and logistics, website hosting, communications, technology infrastructure, and other operational services.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, processing procedures, and timelines.
Where an issue arises from a third-party service, Keltix will provide reasonable assistance within the information and control available to us, but cannot guarantee the actions or processing times of an independent third party.
16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website and services available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or free from technical problems.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network failures, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keltix will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from third-party payment failures, courier delays, telecommunications or internet failures, temporary website interruptions, events outside our reasonable control, or unauthorized use of a customer's account resulting from the customer's failure to protect their credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Sri Lankan law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory statutory right or remedy available to a customer.
18. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Keltix will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing an obligation where the failure or delay results from circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, transport disruptions, telecommunications failures, major payment-system failures, courier disruptions, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled by Keltix.
Where practical, we will take reasonable steps to communicate significant disruptions affecting an order or service.
19. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights provided to consumers under applicable Sri Lankan law.
Where a customer believes that a product or service has not met an applicable legal requirement, the customer may contact Keltix first so that we can review the matter.
Keltix will consider legitimate customer complaints reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
20. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We encourage customers to contact us directly before escalating a complaint.
All customer service, refund, cancellation, privacy, administrative, and compliance communications should be directed to admin@keltixworld.com.
For refund or return requests, customers should provide their full name, order number, product or course details, date of purchase/delivery where relevant, reason for the request, and supporting photographs or documents where applicable.
Keltix aims to review and respond to refund and related requests within 24–48 business hours. This is a target for initial response and not a guarantee that the matter will be fully resolved within that period.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Keltix may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our products or services, business operations, payment or delivery processes, applicable laws or regulations, or our policies.
The latest version will be published on the Keltix website.
The effective date shown at the beginning of the Terms will indicate when the current version took effect.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply to the customer.
Any dispute should first be raised with Keltix through admin@keltixworld.com so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable Sri Lankan law.
24. ENTIRE TERMS
These Terms, together with the Keltix Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the principal terms governing the customer's use of the Keltix website and purchase of its products and services.
Where a particular policy contains specific provisions for privacy, refunds, cancellations, or returns, those provisions will apply to that subject.
